Information you choose to provide

If you email us, we receive your sender address, name and the details you choose to include. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, correct content or consider a proposed partnership. Do not include payment card details, passport scans, medical information or other sensitive documents in a message.

Consent to handling an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not operate a newsletter signup or a user account system.

The contact form prepares an email draft locally in your browser and does not submit those fields to the website. If you send the draft from your email app, your email provider and the recipient mailbox process the message. Essential hosting security measures may operate independently of this site's application code.

Storage, access and retention

Messages you send are received in our editorial email inbox. We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, handle a continuing enquiry or meet an applicable legal obligation. You may request deletion by emailing the editors.

We do not publish private correspondence. No internet service can promise absolute security. Our email and hosting providers may process data outside your home country as part of their services.

You may request access, correction or deletion of a contact message via the Contact page. State the email address used and the approximate submission date. We may need enough information to verify a request before disclosing or removing records. Rights can vary according to applicable law.
